Before anything else, a few gentle notes — just so we’re on the same page.

Handmade Nature

Every piece is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. Small variations in form, color, and texture are part of the process and make each object unique.

Returns

Due to the handmade and small-scale nature of the work, returns are not accepted.

If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with a photo, and we will find a solution.

Ceramic Care

We recommend to handle your items with care. Hand washing is recommended whenever possible, and it’s best to avoid strongly staining foods or liquids. Washing them soon after use will help preserve their appearance, and try not to leave liquid sitting in them overnight or for extended periods.
For the same reason we don’t recommend using a microwave or dishwasher. While they can be used in both, handmade ceramics are generally less durable than factory-made wares, so gentle care will help them last much longer.

A final note

The Three Potters is an evolving practice — a space for exploring clay, form, and everyday rituals.
